Homeowners are advised that a new section has been added to this website in order to make access to Board minutes more user friendly. Going forward from the last election, Board minutes will be posted on a separate page instead of in the Documents section. You can access this new page on the left-hand navigation bar. We are awaiting approved versions of several prior meeting minutes and will post them as soon as they become available to us.

 

Mulching of home sites will begin on Monday the 23rd, weather permitting, and will take rougly one week to complete. Mulch is a help to keep plants warm in the winter, and cool in the blazing hot of summer. It saves water, keeps plants from freezing, and cuts down on weeding.

How thickly you lay mulch depends on the size of its particles. If you put down too much, you risk reducing oxygen to the roots. When using  chunks of bark, it can be applied up to 4 inches deep. The larger spaces between the chunks allow in more air and light, so you need a thicker layer for effective weed control, water conservation, and protection from cold.

 

Please remember most homesites already have a good, thick covering of mulch, so our specs for mulching called for no more than an additional two inches.

Homeowners are encouraged to review the amended Rules and Regulations that were adopted at the December 16th Board Meeting. Violations should be reported to Frank Santoro at AMI fsantoro@amiwra.com who will log the issue and refer it to the Compliance Committee for disposition.
